Living in Hawaii immerses us in a diversity of cultures that embrace, honor, celebrate, and perpetuate their beliefs through ceremony. Both kava and tea are grown on the island of Hawaii. Both kava and tea ceremonies are deeply rooted in tradition and embody the spiritual practices of each culture.
I use mist as an aesthetic methodology to blur the lines between the clearly visible and the underlying sublime.
